We receive and store non personal information whenever you interact with our website. This includes, but may not be limited to; Web browser resolution, Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect with our website; computer and connection information such as browser type, version, time zone, browser version, operating system and quote request type if applicable. Occasionally we aggregate total results to create and determine features such as special offers.
1. All TRU Limo Rental Service requires is a deposit for the booking, all deposits are non-refundable.
2. For Round Trips additional pick up(s) and/or drop off(s) extra charges will apply (depending on the distance).
3. TRU Limo Rental Service is to be paid in full at the commencement of any event/run at pick up time at the first address.
4. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
5. If you exceed the 15 minutes grace period, you will be charged $50.00 for every 30 minutes. (TRU Limo cannot guarantee the availability of overtime for the vehicles.)
7. SMOKING OR DRINKING is prohibited in any of our vehicles.
8. TRU Limo Service reserves the right to terminate the run or to eject any objectionable person or those using drugs, intoxicants or any unsafe behavior at the discretion of the driver Without Any Refunds.
9. An additional 25% cancellation Fee will be applied for cancellations within 48 hours of any event and full amount will be charged if reservation is canceled within 24 hours.
10. Clients are to be seated at all times while vehicle is moving. We will not be held responsible for any injuries suffered by any client or their guests.
11. In case of a mechanical breakdown TRU Limo will try to replace the vehicles to a similar size if available and will not charge the customer extra for upsize or refund.
If a vehicle has an electrical problem the service will still be continued with a vehicle replacement and no refund will be issued to the customer.
12. Any damages occurred inside or outside the vehicle by the customer will result in cancellation in service and the customer will be charged for damages on the spot by the driver / company.
13. All given information from the renter is binding and cannot be changed without TRU Limousines acceptance.
14. I am satisfied with the terms and conditions above and fully understand and agree. If, for any reasons, I am not fully satisfied with the services I receive, I have 12 hours after the completion of the job to file a complaint in writing. If TRU Limo does not receive my written complaint in the above stated time-frame, I agree that there is no valid complaint and I am fully satisfied with the services I received. Filing a written complaint, insures both parties, that it is fully understood what the problem was, and should help TRU Limo to assist the purchaser in any kind of reimbursement. The purchaser will be contacted within a week of the complaint to settle the matter. I understand that this is a separate case from the main contract and therefore have no dispute in general against TRU Limo and the payment I authorized.
